Place the unit level at desired location with flange away from surface.
Care should be taken to position unit in a manner so as not to conflict with any structural wall framing members.
Trace perimeter of Recess-It™ on substrate and place unit aside.
Enlarge the marked layout by 1/2" on all sides and cut out substrate.
